While we generally do not issue refunds, there are a few exceptions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item if possible.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, we cannot refund the original order.
3. Returns for Replacement Only
- If a product is defective or damaged, we will replace it at our discretion.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed by Pinoy Ranch.
- Replacements are subject to availability and may take time to process.
